Spicy Tuna Stuffed Avocados

  • 1 avocado
  • 100g (3.5 oz) canned tuna, drained
  • 50g (1.8 oz) cucumber
  • 20g (0.7 oz) red onion
  • 50g (1.8 oz) red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Scoop a little bit out.
  2. Chop cucumber, red onion and red bell pepper into a small dice.
  3. In a bowl, mix together scooped out avocado, tuna, red onion, red bell pepper, 2 tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil and 1 tsp hot sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to scooped out avocados.
