Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 80g (2.8 Oz) Butter
- 130g (4.6 Oz) Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Scoops Chocolate BeKeto™ Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 50g (1.8 Oz) Erythritol
- 30g (1 Oz) Dutch Cocoa
- 1 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Preparation:
- Preheat The Oven To 180°C/350°F. Prepare A Silicone Muffin Pan And Smear The Inside With Butter.
- In A Small Pan, Melt Butter And Put Aside.
- Scoop Out An Avocado And Place In A Large Bowl. Add Previously Melted Butter And Blend Together Until Uniform In Consistency.
- Add Remaining Ingredients And Thoroughly Mix Together.
- Transfer To The Silicone Muffin Pan And Bake For 15-20 Minutes.
