Baked Eggs with Bacon

Ingredients:

4 slices of smoked bacon

3 eggs

1/2 avocado

30 g mozzarella cheese

A pinch of salt and pepper

1 tablespoon BeKeto MCT C8 + C10 Oil

Preparation:

Line a casserole dish with the bacon, pressing it against the sides. Crack the eggs inside. Season with salt and pepper. Put in an oven preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Shortly before pulling out the dish, sprinkle generously with cheese, giving it time to melt. Ready dish, pour MCT oil and garnish with avocado. Baked eggs with bacon: (recipe for one serving)
