Asian Beef & Broccoli

  • 200g (7 oz) beef steak
  • 100g (3.5 oz) broccoli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil
  • pinch of red himalayan salt


  1. Season steak with salt on both sides. Melt butter in a medium sized pan and sear the steak on both sides, 4-5 minutes each.
  2. Remove to a plate and let it rest.
  3. Chop broccoli into small florets. Place in the same pan together with sesame seeds and coconut aminos. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove to a plate, add BeKeto™ MCT Oil and combine.
