Ingredients:

  • 100g (3.5 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop BeKeto™ MCT Oil Powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 100g (3.5 oz) bacon, fried
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix together shredded mozzarella, egg, almond flour and 1 scoop of BeKeto™ MCT Oil Powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your waffle maker and smear with a thin layer of butter.
  3. Pour in the cheese batter and wait 4-5 minutes until golden on both sides.
  4. Gently remove to a plate. Serve with avocado, bacon and cherry tomatoes.
